We are seeking a skilled Structural Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to join our team. This position is responsible for constructing, forming, placing, and finishing concrete structures, including foundations, walls, columns, and shoring systems. The ideal candidate has experience working with formwork, reinforcing steel, and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Build, set, and align formwork for structural concrete applications (walls, footings, shored deck, etc.). Install rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements per specifications. Place, vibrate, and finish concrete surfaces to the required smoothness and specifications. Utilize hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, floats, and saws. Interpret blueprints, project plans, and job site layouts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Work in coordination with other trades and crew members to meet project deadlines. Perform general site cleanup and maintenance as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Structural Concrete Carpenter/Finisher. Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing processes. Experience with forming systems such as Symons, Aluma, Doka, Gates or similar. Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment. Physical ability to lift up up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Experience with tilt-up, precast, or post-tensioned concrete. CDL or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
