Carpenter/Laborer

McGowan Built is looking for a construction driver who will play a crucial role for the company by transporting materials and equipment to and from the job site(s). Candidate must possess a valid CDL license and have experience operating heavy-duty vehicles such as dump trucks, cargo trailers and cement mixers. Construction drivers must also have a solid understanding of safety procedures and maintain vehicles in top condition. Experience as a reliable Handyman will also be highly considered. This will include the ability to upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of all McGowan Built projects. We’ll rely on you to keep your assigned jobs in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.
