The right candidate will bring solid experience in commercial construction, from reading blueprints to framing, installing doors and hardware, drywall and finishes. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Fit and install structures such as windows, doors, door frames, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware. • Install drywall, including hanging and finishing. • Lay out and install ceiling grid systems. • Perform metal stud work accurately within precise limits or standards. • Apply shop mathematics to solve construction problems. • Use hand and power tools properly and safely. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. • Communicate effectively with team members and promote a strong safety culture. The following skills are necessary: • 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred. • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction methods. • Dependable, with strong attendance and commitment to quality.
