Starting Date: August 2025 Requirements: A valid Ohio career-technical license, or at least five years of work experience in the Construction Technology field. Possession of or ability to obtain an appropriate CDL to transport students to and from job sites. Preferences: Effective organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement program options, auxiliary services, and curricular materials that support the diverse learning needs of students. Knowledge of the NCCER curriculum and/or other appropriate construction technologies curriculum is preferred. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate considerable content knowledge with respect to both residential and commercial construction, safety, principles of construction, and all facets of the construction process. Additionally, the successful candidate will cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including business and industry partners, staff, families, students, and administration. Job Title: Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice Department: Production Team Reports To: Remodeling Lead Summary: A "Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Apprentice" job description entails assisting experienced remodelers with all aspects of kitchen and bathroom renovation projects, primarily focusing on learning basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills through hands-on work, including demolition, installation, finishing, and clean-up, under close supervision to eventually become a skilled kitchen and bath remodeler. Countertop installation: Preparing and installing countertops, including granite, quartz, or laminate. Tile installation: Assisting with tile layout and installation for floors and walls.
