What we are looking for: We're looking for skilled Carpenters who take pride in their craft and care about the quality of their work. The right candidate will bring solid experience in commercial construction, from reading blueprints to framing, installing doors and hardware, drywall and finishes. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Fit and install structures such as windows, doors, door frames, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware. • Install drywall, including hanging and finishing. • Lay out and install ceiling grid systems. • Perform metal stud work accurately within precise limits or standards. • Apply shop mathematics to solve construction problems. • Use hand and power tools properly and safely. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. • Communicate effectively with team members and promote a strong safety culture. The following skills are necessary: • 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred. • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction methods. • Dependable, with strong attendance and commitment to quality. Qualifications: • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus. • Must speak and understand English to effectively communicate with team members, promote and implement Marker and OSHA safety instructions, and complete job-related tasks.
