Oversee and coordinate extra help as necessary, supervising between 1 and 15 skilled laborers at a time. Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Maintain clear communication with the site supervisor and other team members. Uphold all safety guidelines and company policies on site. Inventory Management • Staging Materials Unloading equipment/materials Build temporary fencing, stair rails, decking platforms, etc. Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret Blue Prints and Schematics.
