Duties • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. • Conduct cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with attention to detail. • Provide maintenance person services including caulking, and construction painting. • Assist with water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts. • Collaborate with team members on remodeling tasks including tile laying and plumbing installations. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
