Lead Carpenter Role As a Lead Carpenter, you'll support the construction team on new build projects across various locations. This role involves overseeing tasks, supervising skilled laborers, and ensuring efficient completion of projects. You'll work closely with site supervisors to maintain high standards and adhere to safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include: • Completing hands-on carpentry tasks as needed around job sites • Oversight and coordination of extra help, managing 1-15 skilled laborers at a time • Maintaining jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards • Clear communication with site supervisors and team members • Adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies on site • Inventory management and staging materials • Loading equipment/materials • Building temporary fencing, stair rails, decking platforms, etc. Qualifications: • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with reasonable accommodation • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation • Prior experience in carpentry field required • Position may require a drug screen We welcome applications from candidates with disabilities and offer accommodations upon request.
