Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter / General Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The ideal candidate will need 5 years plus experience in carpentry. This role involves a variety of tasks, including trim carpentry, door hanging, interior trim and stair install, cabinetry install, and general framing carpentry skills, while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities • Perform trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precise measurements and cuts. • Assemble structures and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. • Install doors, windows, and cabinetry with attention to detail. • Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Bonus skills • Work with plaster and stucco for finishing touches on projects. • Lay tiles for flooring or wall installations as required.
