Experienced Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and possess a keen eye for detail. Duties • Construct, install, and repair structures such as trim, walls, floors, and door frames. • Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions using hand tools and power tools. • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with building codes and safety regulations. • Perform mold remediation and water damage restoration tasks as needed. • Conduct drywall installation and finishing, including taping and painting. • Execute stucco applications for exterior finishes. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. • Assist in heavy lifting of materials during construction processes. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
