The Lead Carpenter will oversee carpentry tasks while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Supervise and coordinate carpentry projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. • Perform mold remediation and ensure proper safety protocols are followed. • Execute door hanging, fixture installation, and trim carpentry with precision. • Conduct frame carpentry tasks, including constructing walls, roofs, and other structures. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. • Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters and apprentices. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
