Applicant must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's license and should also hold a valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractors License, Construction Supervisors License and Lead Certification Certificate. Applicant must be fully skilled and able to work from sketches and plans and be knowledgeable of the current Commonwealth of Massachusetts building code standards.
