Skilled Residential Carpenters

Job description Our company is searching for a Master Framer as well as Finish and Trim carpenters who have a strong work ethic and is capable of creating safe, quality construction projects while taking on complex framing jobs, site supervision, and leadership within the field team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, willing to take on additional responsibilities and have the ability to supervise and execute multiple facets of the construction process. This position requires extensive knowledge of framing/carpentry/building science and the ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies. The ideal master framer's main responsibility is to understand the plans, the project’s building process, and lead the team to execute efficiently and with superior quality. The master framer must be a craftsman at heart and as is the representative on site must take charge of the site, resources, sub-contractors, visitors, and employees in order to get the daily objectives accomplished. The master framer must constantly monitor the activity level, objectives, and materials in order to implement the directives given to them by the Project Manager for the week. At the end of the day the master framer is responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by anyone on the site.
