HIGH PAY Job Summary: We are seeking Intelligent skilled Hardcore Framer's to join our team. As a Framer, you will be responsible for cutting and nailing wood all day! You will have to carry studs, build walls, sweat in the heat and be productive. This is pure testosterone (no kitty). This is a hands-on role that requires 2-5yrs expertise in production framing. If you are a smart, hard worker, you can expect high compensation with room to grow in the company. You will be able to build savings and provide for your family. We deliver high quality framing for our builders and on our own projects. Hours are typically 7:00 am - 3:30 pm M-F and Saturdays optional. We pay for great people!!! Slackers move on! Year round work with weekly pay. Responsibilities: - Measure, cut, and nail wood, work off ladders, scaffolding, roof slopes, lift and carry lumber. - Assemble and erect the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs - Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Qualifications: • Proven specific experience as a Framer for 2-5+ yrs • Ability to work with others and produce quality work 8 hrs per day • Capable of carrying 50+ pounds of weight all day • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations • Willingness to learn • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: This is a paid position. The salary will be commensurate with experience. We run hard and work hard. This is not a relaxation retreat. Radios are not on the job. Phones are put away.
