Responsibilities: • Install interior and exterior trim including baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, wainscoting, and other custom millwork. • Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine specifications and materials required. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites. • Collaborate effectively with other team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
