Position Title: Carpenters Work Location: Clearwater, FL 33755 Payrate: $28.00/hr Duration: 3+ months with high chances extension/conversion Shift: General Shift Job Description: • Placing and leveling: Spreading and leveling the concrete after it’s poured. • Finishing: Using tools like floats, trowels, and screeds to smooth and finish the surface. • Texturing: Adding patterns or textures (like broom finishes or stamping) for traction or decorative purposes. • Curing: Applying curing methods (plastic sheets, chemicals, or water) so the concrete hardens properly. • Repair work: Sometimes grinding, patching, or resurfacing old concrete.
