Job Overview: • Set up and operate machines, using blueprints and adjusting for materials used. • Verify dimensional requirements and transfer materials to storage areas. • Work with unconventional materials that require specialized skills. Key Responsibilities: • Roll and re-roll plate to match sweep. • Inspect plate for defects and damage. • Operate burn table to cut plate according to blueprints and measurements. • Operate mag lift to transfer plate within the department. • Blast and paint plate. • Follow all safety rules and practices. • Maintain and improve quality. • Assist in completion of all tasks to meet deadlines.
