Renewable Energy Project Coordinator

Construction Manager Position Salary: $110,000-$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clean energy projects from the site field office. The individual will concentrate on field coordination and production, safety, and quality compliance. This role requires travel to conduct duties, including work sites in various states throughout the US. We offer designated per diem to support living expenses during the travel rotation. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement safety plans for field operations and activities. • Manage personnel, setting production goals, safety goals, and quality goals. • Identify resources needed for job sites, including personnel and equipment. • Update work schedules and monitor progress. • Contribute to monthly cost-to-complete projects and advise the project manager. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (high school diploma or equivalent required). • 5 years of field superintendent/management experience in the solar and/or wind markets. • OSHA 30 Hour certification. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
