Role Objective • Monitor quality and commissioning activities of WTG components both onshore and offshore as required. 2. Responsibilities • Oversee commissioning activities and ensure outstanding works and quality issues are identified and reported. • Monitor both mechanical and electrical completion of wind turbines. • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and local legislation. • Review work reports and confirm adherence to relevant work instructions. • Ensure commissioning is properly documented and reported in line with procedures. • Actively contribute to coordination and communication across teams. • Support the Commissioning Supervisor with tasks and reporting as needed. 3. Key Tasks • Conduct commissioning walk-downs with the supplier, both onshore and offshore. • Review supplier DPRs and assess validity of additional client work or incidents. • Validate and document test results. • Review and approve snag/NCR lists from suppliers. • Record snags/NCRs in internal systems. • Participate in site meetings. • Review “as built” documentation. • Ensure HSE procedures are implemented. • Contribute to quality performance data collection. 4. Deliverables • Inspection and commissioning reports, as required by the Commissioning Manager. 5. Qualifications • Relevant technical education. • Safety certifications applicable to the role (e.g., GWO). • 3+ years of experience in the wind industry preferred. • At least 1 year of hands-on WTG commissioning experience preferred. 6. Language Skills • Proficiency in written and spoken English. 7. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK : • You’ll monitor quality and commissioning activities of WTG components onshore and offshore as required. • You’ll monitor the commissioning activities and ensure that outstanding works and quality issues are detected and reported. • You’ll monitor mechanical and electrical completion and ensure that work is carried out in compliance with the project HSE rules and local legislation. • You’ll review work reports and confirm work is done according to relevant work instructions and ensure that tests are carried out and commissioning work documented according to rules, procedures, and templates. • You’ll ensure that progress of commissioning is accurately reported and contribute to proactive management, good coordination, and communication between all parties. • You’ll assist WTG Commissioning Supervisor with tasks/reporting as required. • You’ll perform onshore and offshore commissioning walk-downs together with the supplier and review Supplier DPRs and determine validity of any additional client work/adverse events. • You’ll verify that tests are carried out and documented and review and accept suppliers snag/NCR lists. • You’ll record snags/NCRs in Ørsted internal systems, take part in site meetings as required, and review as-built documentation. • You’ll participate in verifying that HSE procedures are implemented, participate in data collection of quality performance surveys, and deliver inspection and commissioning reports as required by the WTG Commissioning Manager. • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Offshore Installation Manager

Offshore Installation Manager required for a Major Offshore Windfarm Developer in the Northeast. Responsibilities : • Plan feeder vessel load-outs and provide lookahead for port operations • Ensure that a high focus on HSE at the site, e.g. by participating in regular operational safety assessments / safety walks (planned and executed with support from HSE Advisors) • Coordinate the work of the main contractors on site, i.e. SGRE, Crowley and Gateway • Supervise load-out operations and issue DPRs for the feeder vessel while in port • Perform final walkdown of feeder vessel after completion of load-out • Liaise with the offshore construction team and plan feeder vessel departure from and return to port • Monitor progress of SGRE WTG component delivery, pre-assembly and readiness for load-out • Oversee and manage equipment on barge and stock of spare parts in New London • Facilitate MWS and CVA site attendance as required • Reporting • Engineering support related to load-out, transport, transfer and installation • Weather forecast assessment and operability reviews • DPR post-processing and analysis (for both onshore and offshore part) Requirements : • 5 years of prior experience with offshore installation / loadouts. • GWO offshore access, medically fit for offshore works • Good working knowledge of lifting and marine operations standards • Understanding QHSE management principles • Experience and / or qualification in construction, engineering or marine operations • Prior experience with installation of wind turbines or marine construction • Some knowledge or proficiency in BIMCO & FIDIC contracts advantageous but not essential • strong focus on safety. • Some level of technical understanding of lifting operations and marine transportation. • Good communication skills, as this role will, to a large extent, focus on the management of contractors. • An understanding of the various stakeholders involved in the construction of offshore wind farms in the US. • Curiosity and motivation to learn to know an industry that is still very much growing and evolving in the US.
