There is a possibility of regular employment after this period. RESPONSIBILITIES • Hourly engine room checks while on watch. • Wheelhouse Lookout while on watch. • Cooking. • Cleaning. Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor the status and location of offshore wind components. • *Stakeholder Liaison:* • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. • *Continuous Improvement:* • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. • Offshore Wind Terminal Superintendent Position Requirements* • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, maritime studies, engineering, or a related field preferred • 5 years of experience in terminal operations, preferably with a focus on offshore wind or similar large-scale industrial projects. • Experience handling and supervising associates on multiple types of cargo, especially breakbulk • Understands specialized rigging and cargo handling gear • Warehouse and stevedoring experience
