Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Lead localization of spare parts sourcing within the United States to reduce risk, cost, and lead times. • Identify reconditioning and refurbishment capabilities within the United States. • Develop supply chains to support new and existing technologies. • Utilize sales and spare parts data to identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers. • Assess supplier commercial positions, quantify pricing, lead time, and tariff exposure. Create and own database and matrix. • Partner with Spare Parts Business Manager to mitigate risks from material supply through to spare parts sales. • Create and approve purchase orders in line with company policies. • Support O&M and Asset Management teams with management of spare parts, fleet, tools, PPE, and inventories. • Drive supplier relationship management and performance monitoring. • Work with global team to maintain and update pricing database. • Identify opportunities to leverage data to optimize sourcing, supplier mix, and cost management. • Support inventory management processes to balance availability and working capital. • Work with global team to manage imports, ETA, and external suppliers to track deliveries and expediting. • Support development and implementation of local supply chain policies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products or services. Requirements: • 5+ years of supply chain management or project management experience in onshore or offshore wind roles. • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a relevant field. • 3+ years of related supervisory experience.
