Position Responsibilities • Perform layout, welding, and assembly of hydronic piping systems, including steel, stainless steel, and copper materials • Install and secure piping systems for hydronic heating and cooling, ensuring proper alignment and function • Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions and procedures • Ensure all installations adhere to code and Power Design's standards of quality, safety, and best practices Here's What We're Looking For • Familiarity with hydronic system components, including boilers, pumps, and piping required • Strong understanding of welding and fabrication standards for plumbing and HVAC systems • Educational training completed through an accredited program or 3+ years of equivalent work experience • One or more of the following certifications required: 6g Pipe Welding, NCCER Pipefitting/Welding, or CWF (Certified Welding Fabricator) • Proficient knowledge of the NCCER standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements • OSHA 30 certification preferred • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work • Ability to physically perform the essential functions of the job • Use of proper protective clothing or equipment worn at all times • Demonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth some of our benefits...
