We are looking for an experienced aluminum welder fabricator who takes pride in his or her work. You will be proud to show your friends and family what you have helped to create. Description of Position Forty hour work weeks are standard, with overtime occasionally. Essential Job Functions · 5+ years experience with Aluminum TIG and MIG welding and stainless steel welding. · Reading and understanding shop drawings prior to starting a project · Measuring and cutting materials to specifications · Familiarity with visual weld inspection procedures · Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools · Knowledge of machinery maintenance · Ability to forecast how a project should be started and completed by company’s expectations before commencing. · Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to perform the tasks necessary to promptly and efficiently complete tasks · Represent the company in a positive and informative manner · Must assist with installation when required · Other duties as assigned Requirements · High School graduate or equivalent · Familiarity with common hand tools and fabrication machinery · Apprentice and/or formal training in welding trade a plus · Welding Certification a plus Physical Demands of Position · Non air-conditioned shop environment, including climate heat and welding operation · Fast-paced production · Lifting heavy components / materials, up to 60 pounds · Bench work, may require prolonged standing position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Work Location: In person

Revolution Fence Company is expanding our fabrication capabilities and seeking a highly motivated Fabrication & Operations Lead to help design, implement, and manage our fabrication shop processes. This role blends hands-on welding/fabrication with building scalable systems, procedures, and team capability to deliver custom gate fabrication, railing, dumpster enclosures, and other small-scale metalwork. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage the fabrication division’s end-to-end process: from intake and estimating to production planning, quality control, and delivery. • Develop and document shop procedures (work orders, cut lists, nesting, welding procedures, QA/QC checks, SOPs, safety programs). • Create project timelines, material planning, and budgeting for custom fabrication jobs. • Lead hands-on welding/fabrication for aluminum, galvanized steel, and related materials as needed (MIG/TIG/STICK). • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; translate customer requirements into actionable fabrication plans. • Maintain equipment maintenance schedules, tooling inventory, and safety compliance. • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Foster a safe, collaborative, and respectful work environment; uphold OSHA and industry safety standards. • Embrace and contribute to our culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.
