Welder/Fitter/Fabricator

USA Structural is currently hiring Shop Welder/Fitter/Fabricators. We are a telecommunications company with the headquarters located in Sarasota, Florida. USA Groups / Structural provides training and additional required certifications for welding. Responsibilities: • Adhere to and implement proper welding procedures. • Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances set forth on drawings. • Produce quality product while focusing on given standards. • Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints and WPS. • Handle heavy materials manually and with overhead cranes in a safe and efficient manner. • Assure all welding is performed and documented in compliance with the USA Structural quality assurance policies. • Maintain traceability requirements by completing required documentation. • Clean, maintain, troubleshoot welding equipment. • Adhere to all safety practices and report any unsafe conditions, broken or malfunctioning equipment. • Other non-welding duties on occasion as assigned (i.e., finish work, paint prep, etc.) Requirements: • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to kneel on floor while working • Must be able to bend, stoop and squat • Job requires pushing, pulling and overhead reach • Must be able to keep pace with workflow • Must be able to work in small, sometimes awkward spaces and positions • Must be able to work non-traditional work schedule as needed • Must perform pre-employment drug screen Qualifications: • (2) Year practical welding experience • Weld repair experience, preferred. • Knowledge of welding symbols • SMAW – (Shielded Metal Arc) Welding • MIG – (Metal Inert Gas) Welding • FCAW – (Flux Cored Arc) Welding Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person

Welder (Start ASAP)

Mig Welder We are seeking an experienced MIG Welders to join our growing team! The successful candidate will have the skills necessary to perform various welding techniques to fabricate and assemble large cages used for storing boat molds. Location: Sarasota, FL MUST be able to start this week Shift is 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday You will be building frames for boats Mig welding on steel Pay is $28 to $32 an hour We have 5 positions all to start this week Responsibilities • Perform MIG welding on frames for boat molds. • Execute vertical and horizontal welds with precision. • Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate welds. • Ensure the structural integrity of all welded materials. Essential Skills • Proficient in MIG welding techniques. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Experience with welding steel materials.
