FABRICATOR/WELDER

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at ARP Welding. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, assisting with payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications • Proficiency in financial record management and report preparation • Experience with payroll processing and financial regulations • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting principles. • Perform general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. • Invoice with AIA Requisition billing • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. • Assist in corporate accounting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Conduct technical accounting research to address complex accounting issues. • Utilize software such as Quick Books, ADP and Sage for efficient bookkeeping and reporting. • Collaborate with private equity partners on financial reporting requirements and compliance matters.
