Responsibilities: - Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to schematics, codes, and standards - Build and install ductwork, piping systems, and other metal structures - Perform pipe threading, plasma cutting, soldering, and machining as needed - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements - Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding - Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) - Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties - Ability to use hand and power tools effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during fabrication process Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. See More Details >>Job Duties: • Work with a small team to accomplish projects. • Fabricate structural steel and aluminum components using detailed shop prints. • Fabricate sheet steel and aluminum components using detailed shop prints. • Perform repairs to steel and aluminum components with minimal instruction. • Use multiple welding processes such as GMAW(MIG), FCAW(MIG), SMAW(Stick), and GTAW(TIG) to perform work. • Use shop machinery such as bandsaws, metal shears, press brakes, apron brakes, drill presses, metal rolls, hydraulic presses, plasma torches, and oxy-fuel torches to perform work.
