Fabricator/Welder $19/hr plus Depending on Experience Monday-Friday 7am-5pm available. Aventure Staffing is seeking Material Handlers to work for a well established salvage yard in Spencer, IA! Training is provided on site, no experience necessary! Responsibilities: • Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) on scrap metals, including steel, aluminum, and other ferrous/non-ferrous materials. • Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques. • Fabricate metal components and structures as required, based on blueprints or verbal instructions. • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy, ensuring all metal structures are welded to the required specifications.
