Job description: Required Skills: • Must have welding experience in one of these areas; MIG, TIG, or SMAW • Minimum of one year of continuous welding experience with three or more years preferred. • Responsible for welding production quotas and /or training and assisting others to do so. • The starting wage $16.50 per hour, will train entry level individuals up to advanced welding on site with pay increasing as skill set improves. • Able to read and understand simple production drawings. • Overtime is available up to 20 hours per week for trained and high performing welders. • Able to perform additional duties as assigned. • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety requirements. • Be a team player that is self-motivated.
