What You Bring • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Ability to read and write in English. • Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools. • 2+ years of welding experience (preferred). • Strong understanding of safety protocols. Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting. • Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
