REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Must have held (and performed the function) of the Advanced Welder classification for at least one year. • Must pass MIG, TIG, and Stick ASME welding tests on 1” schedule 40 pipe in a 6G position. • Must pass the complete hands on tests in both sections a & b below: • Steel jacketed kettle area or hy-plus boiler area • Large kettle trunnion, leg, port, fixture area Note : The performance in these areas will be evaluated by the Q.C. Dept. and supervision.
