Solar Site Monitor - Part-time

Solar Maintenance Technician Company Overview Harness Energy is a leading provider of wind and solar field services. Job Summary The Solar Site Monitor will perform regularly scheduled maintenance on the Harness Energy Solar Resource Assessment stations. Solar Site Monitors will complete maintenance and document photos of all work completed as specified by the site form. Duties/Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled weekly site visits as directed by the Harness’s Solar Support Team • 48-hour notice is required to reschedule the site visit in the case of emergency • Must call or text the Solar Support Team to reschedule a planned site visit During the Site Visit: • Send site “Arrival” confirmation to Solar Support Team via text message once on site • Clean select solar panels per Harness training, specifications, and site form • Level and clean pyranometers per Harness Energy training, specifications, and site form • Photograph the site and equipment as outlined in the site form instructions • All photos must meet Harness’s standard requirements as outlined in training and SOP documents • Document and photograph any site damage, theft, or risk to include but not limited to: • Stolen or missing equipment/fencing • Disrupted or damaged equipment/fencing • Environmental factors • For any identified site damage or irregularities, notify the Solar Support Team for next steps. Do not attempt to fix or repair any identified damage or irregularities before receiving approval from the Solar Support Team. • Address any basic maintenance the site requires to include but not limited to: • Clear grass/weeds to <6” in height • Tension loose guy wires • Capture replenishment needs to ensure the site service supplies can be restocked by Harness to meet the requirements of a complete maintenance kit. After the Site Visit: • Send site “Completed” confirmation to Solar Support Team via text message once work is executed to the specifications of the site form • Upload the completed site form and photos to SharePoint via a smartphone by midnight the same day the visit was performed • Report to the Solar Support Team by midnight the same day the visit was performed any site damage, theft, or risk • Text, email, or call the Solar Support Team any replenishment requirements needed for the maintenance kit within 24 hours of leaving site Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. OVERVIEW OF THE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations. Description Nautilus Solar Energy's ("NSE") FP&A Associate will be responsible for analyzing revenue and collections impacts on NSE's operating portfolios. They will assist with quarterly reporting, acting as a liaison between CS Operations, NSE Accounting, and FP&A. This position reports to the Director of FP&A.
