Solar Electrician

Cleanleaf is seeking a Solar Electrician to join our growing team! The Solar Electrician is one of the most experienced employees in the field, and they are responsible for leading and training any team members assigned to the team. A Solar Electrician is required to have and maintain an active journeyman license in the state for which this position is to be filled. ABOUT THE ROLE Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Demonstrate integrity, strong initiative, work ethic, as well as a focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis • Supervise, lead, and train any Solar Technician I or Solar Technician II team member assigned to work with the Solar Technician III • Perform Preventive Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards • Perform Corrective Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards, ensuring that the root cause has been identified and corrected • Ensure that work being performed in the area meets or exceeds Cleanleaf O&M standards • Complete assigned tasks safely, correctly, and within the allotted time • Ensure all PPE, tools, and equipment assigned to the employee are accounted for, maintained in good condition, repaired or replaced as required • Interface with SCADA/DAS systems to understand onsite issue with the ability to communicate to both management and customers • Correctly document all work in a Service Visit and Case within Cleanleaf's CMMS.
