Description All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Installer to join our residential and commercial installation team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array. Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Prepare job site for solar installation. • Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment. • Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations. • Maintain a clean and safe job site. • Maintain inventory of equipment. • Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations. • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. • Exemplify All Energy Solar core values (safety first, dependability, do the right thing, want to win). The Journeyworker Electrician will cooperate with installation crews as well as perform the necessary tasks required to ensure the safe and successful operation of residential and commercial solar electric systems. The work is generally comprised of indoor work, outdoor ground-level work, and minimal roof work.
