Description All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Installer to join our residential and commercial installation team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array. Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Prepare job site for solar installation. • Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment. • Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations. • Maintain a clean and safe job site. • Maintain inventory of equipment. • Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations. • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. • Exemplify All Energy Solar core values (safety first, dependability, do the right thing, want to win).
