Description All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Installer to join our residential and commercial installation team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array. Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Prepare job site for solar installation. • Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment. • Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations. • Maintain a clean and safe job site. • Maintain inventory of equipment. • Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations. • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. • Exemplify All Energy Solar core values (safety first, dependability, do the right thing, want to win). Skills/Qualifications • Portrays a high level of professionalism. • Has a positive and helpful demeanor. • Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops. • Experience working with hand tools and power tools (employee required to provide basic toolkit). • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Thrives in a team environment and is able to work collaboratively and work with teams. • Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. • Must complete and clear an MVR (motor vehicle) background screen. • Must have reliable transportation and be able to utilize and be comfortable (as necessary) driving a company vehicle for work-related purposes. Physical Responsibilities • Comfortable working extended hours in extreme environments/climate (cold, heat, wind, etc). • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and lifting (frequent). • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs. at a time (frequent). • Must be able to transport and drive for short and long distances for work related events/job sites and be able to travel with crew for occasional overnight, or multiple night, trips within our service area (MN, WI, IA, SD, ND, NE) Compensation & Benefits • This is a full-time position with an expected starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with additional opportunities for pay increases at 90 days and 180 days based on performance. • PTO accrual beginning day 1. Electrical Apprentice (Solar)

Description: Job description The Electrician Apprentice performs a variety of tasks and assists other craft workers in the construction, maintenance, and repair activities on solar PV systems. This role requires applicants to enroll in a company supported, Registered Apprenticeship program where you will complete BOTH OJT hours, and course work after hours which will be monitored. Enrollment is Mandatory for this position. This is a four year program and once completed you will be able to test for a Journeyman's license. Requirements: What you’ll do • Take direction from crew foreman with the installation of solar projects in the field. • Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. • Shipping, receiving and storing construction or conservation materials and equipment • Loads and unloads trucks using appropriate equipment. • Delivers materials to construction site and/or storage facility. • Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the foreman, safety director or HR manager. • Acts as a trouble shooter on current projects • Maintain and monitors quality standards • Assures compliance with Company safety policies and OSHA and/or MSHA safety standards • Post-construction site clean-up performed on a timely basis. • Other Duties as assigned. Description All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Journeyworker Electrician to join our team. The Journeyworker Electrician will cooperate with installation crews as well as perform the necessary tasks required to ensure the safe and successful operation of residential and commercial solar electric systems. The work is generally comprised of indoor work, outdoor ground-level work, and minimal roof work. Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Install grid tied solar electric systems. • Install battery backup hybrid solar systems and EV Chargers (Tesla, Enphase, etc.). • Provide service upgrades. • Install, test, and confirm solar system monitoring. • Complete all work to current NEC codes. • Supervise and participate in installation of electrical components by unlicensed installers and apprentices and perform commissioning and attend shutdowns and inspections as needed. • Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations. • Adherence and compliance to all safety activities and requirements. • Other duties as needed by management. Skills/Qualifications • Required: Current Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license. • Preferred: Current Wisconsin, Iowa, or Illinois Journeyman Electrician licenses. • Solar experience (preferred). • In depth knowledge and experience in electrical installations. • Proficient 2023 NEC code knowledge. • Proficient in conduit bending (¾” to 2”). • Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven technology skills (mobile email, uploading pictures, navigating various apps, time and attendance entries). • Able to travel occasionally based on business and operational needs (10% +/- of time with company accommodations such as paid hotel and per diem). • Portrays a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor. • Valid State driver’s license and clean acceptable driving record (must clear an MVR background screening). • Thrives in a team environment but able to work independently.
