Electrical Engineer Location: Norton, MA - Willing to travel occasionally Pay : $95k - $125k We're looking for a driven Electrical Engineer to join our team in Norton, MA, where you'll play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge electrical and renewable energy projects—including substations, solar PV systems, and battery energy storage solutions Key Responsibilities • Review electrical and PV system designs, specifications, and calculations. • Ensure all designs meet NEC, IEC, UL, and local code requirements. • Evaluate vendor documents and provide technical feedback. • Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design and safety standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and support preconstruction estimating efforts. • Recommend innovative renewable energy solutions and assist with procurement. Estimator – Renewable Energy

Estimator – Renewable Energy (Solar & BESS) Locations: Norton, MA OR Southlake, TX Pay: $125k – $170k | No Hybrid schedule • Relocation assistance Available for Southlake, Tx - only* About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for utility-scale solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role is key to preconstruction, working closely with engineering, procurement, operations, and business teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality proposals. Key Responsibilities: • Review RFPs, drawings, and project documents to define scope, schedule, and requirements • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor pricing, and indirect costs • Perform quantity take-offs and develop technical/economic proposals, supporting budgeting and value engineering • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate, competitive bids • Attend client meetings to clarify scope and present proposals • Support contract review, hand-offs, and cost tracking during construction Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field • 5+ years estimating utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects • Proficient in technical drawing review, quantity take-offs, and estimating software (e.g., MC2/ICE, Sage, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PVsyst; PVcase/Terabase a plus) • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and market conditions • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Valuable Skills: • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Familiarity with EPC contract structures and cost databases • Knowledge of U.S. and international solar markets a plus Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Health plans • 401(k) with company match • Career growth and development opportunities • Positive, innovative, team-oriented work environment
