Installer - Field • Apprentice Electrical License, preferred • Valid OSHA 10 required; (OSHA 30 preferred) • Residential solar installation experience, required Electrician - Field • Valid Journeyman Electrician license required • 5+ years of electrical experience; 2 years of solar electrical experience preferred. • Ability to read electrical blueprints Service Technician - Field • Prior solar installation experience required • Valid Apprentice Electrician license required • OSHA 10 Required Inspection Technician - Field • Hold a Part 107 FAA certification for drone operation or attain one within 60 days. • Maintain OSHA 10 certification. • Possess a valid Apprentice Electrician license or attain one within 60 days Inspections Coordinator - Field/In-Office • 3+ years of residential electrical or solar installation experience. • Journeyman Electrical license preferred • NABCEP Installer or Certificate of knowledge is strongly preferred > Scheduling - In-Office • 1-2 years prior scheduling/project management experience. • Prior solar/construction experience is strongly preferred. • Must have Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office experience. > Additional Requirements: Any candidates applying to the positions labeled "Field" will need to possess a valid Driver's License and meet these physical requirements: • Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs, and climb ladders • Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs routinely • Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift • Ability to work in 30-100+ degree weather, as well as in wet and dry conditions Any candidates applying to the positions labeled "In-Office" or "Field/In-Office" will be required to work on-site full-time.
