About Us Carbon Recall is a Montana-owned solar company helping homeowners and businesses take control of their energy bills. We’re expanding our team and looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to grow in a fast-paced and rewarding industry. Position Overview We’re hiring an entry-level Solar Installer to join our crew working on projects in the Kalispell, Missoula and surrounding areas. Some travel outside of these regions will be required about 20% of the time, with travel accommodations provided. Experience is preferred but not required — if you’re a hard worker willing to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to start a career in solar. Most of our crew works overtime regularly, giving them the chance to earn extra income with our busy installation schedule. What You’ll Do • Assist with installing rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. • Help run conduit, pull wire, and support electrical tasks. • Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials. • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean job site. • Work with the crew lead to ensure high-quality installations. Requirements • Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and outdoors in all weather. • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily. • Reliable transportation to the Kalispell office or job sites. • Willingness to travel for work (20% of the time on average). • Experience in construction or electrical work is a plus, but not required. • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
