We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to take ownership of Kalispell’s ongoing success. You’ll be responsible for leading projects, supporting the team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution—all while playing a key role in our statewide and regional growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Project Management • Schedule and coordinate solar installs across multiple crews • Create and manage bills of materials (BOMs) and oversee ordering • Maintain warehouse inventory and ensure crews are fully equipped • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during installation • Drive projects to completion with efficiency and care Team & Operations Leadership • Coordinate with planning, permitting, and install teams • Support crews with logistics, accommodations, tools, and rentals • Help develop and mentor team members to expand their roles • Streamline internal processes to remove friction and boost productivity Service & Customer Support • Handle customer service calls and track all active issues • Create service resolution plans and manage service agreements • Prioritize service jobs and assign crews accordingly • Ensure timely follow-through and customer satisfaction Local Presence & Brand Building • Represent Carbon Recall at local events, trade shows, and outreach efforts • Host and support community events to boost local awareness • Help drive local marketing efforts and seasonal promotions • Be a well-known, trusted face of the company in the community Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in project or operations management (solar or construction preferred) • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers and internal teams • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities • Leadership mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Familiarity with warehouse management, logistics, or inventory systems is a plus • Community-minded with a desire to represent a local brand proudly Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience • Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of salary based on performance • Incentives: Access to team spiffs, bonus games, and seasonal contests • Future Growth: Opportunity for salary and bonus increases tied to performance and leadership impact Why This Role Matters Kalispell is our headquarters and home base—and it needs a strong, focused leader to keep it running smoothly.
