CLOSER (Residential Sales Rep)

- A. Continuous Training and Weekly meeting requirements: - Attend one weekly mandatory sales training meeting at 10 am each Monday. - ES Solar is a lead based company, meaning we actively run internet ads and have a door to door canvassing team that generate leads and appointment times, that go right onto your personal Google calendar to go close. How ever, in the beginning you are expected to Cold call, knock doors, call referrals, and get “Self Generated business”. Energy technicians get a point for each self generated account they close, which moves you up the power rankings, which in turn gets you more leads being assigned to you. This is how we can ensure a non political, fair system, for lead distribution. - Run company created leads that go right into scheduled times on your Google Calendar. We run these in person at our customers homes, a personal vehicle is required, some meetings are over zoom so we are a bit of a hybrid, but 95% of our meetings are ran face to face. - Meet with customers at their home and do a discovery to find what product offering is best for them. - Close accounts and help customers move forward, help customers complete all necessary docusigns, credit approvals, to get the project started. One positive of ES Solar is we have project managers, so after the sale you don’t have to do any of the permitting or interconnection paper work. - Customer service is very important here, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we expect all of our reps (Energy Technicians) to answer calls from their customers post sale , and help quarterback anything that may be needed between the customer and the company. - Honest selling, we have spent 15 years building an amazing reputation and we only hire sales reps that have integrity in their work. - 1 year minimum of SOLAR RELATED Sales Experience for this position! How ever, if you don’t have that, still apply, there are also entry level sales positions also available we can direct you to.
