Position Summary The Solar Installation Apprentice will attend a state-approved apprenticeship training program and successfully complete according to academic schedule while working under a qualified Solar Technician to perform manual field labor necessary to learn the process of installation for footings, racking, solar panels, and other project objectives and goals in a safe and productive manner. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties) • Attend and participate in a state-approved training program, meeting all periodic requirements in attendance and assignments, and pass each assignment or assessment satisfactorily. • Under the direction of a qualified Solar Technician, will train to conduct daily equipment inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and operate all vehicles and equipment within safe limits as set by manufacturers recommendation or local law to minimize the risk of injury or property damage. • Attend all pre-shift safety and production meetings according to schedule, participate in daily team stretching exercise, and support end of day site clean-up. • Under the direction of a qualified Solar Technician, will train to count inventory, clean project sites, prep project sites, load and unload materials and equipment, stage materials and equipment on project sites, perform project errands, clean equipment, and operate light machinery (forklifts, skid steers) when qualified. • Will regularly move, carry, pour, set, or shovel, physically or mechanically, aggregate, screws, and other materials used. • Demonstrate positive team behavior that contributes to efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality. • Must be willing to overnight travel on multi-day assignments. • Complete all required or directed training, certification, licensing, and other learning and development as assigned. • Abide by all Federal, State, and local laws; uphold and maintain accountability to all Company policy. • All other duties as assigned. Description Nautilus Solar Energy's ("NSE") FP&A Associate will be responsible for analyzing revenue and collections impacts on NSE's operating portfolios. They will assist with quarterly reporting, acting as a liaison between CS Operations, NSE Accounting, and FP&A. This position reports to the Director of FP&A. Position Summary The Solar Construction Site Supervisor will provide supervision, direction, and guidance to the Solar Technicians. This role oversees the team's production, safety, and delivery of solar farms for clients and developers. The Solar Construction Site Supervisor develops reports of daily production, ensures the project is appropriately staffed and that staff have all they need to complete the job including, materials, tools, equipment, water, and safety gear, etc. They receive instructions from Project Managers and are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of the solar farm. This position is considered a Working Solar Construction Site Supervisor position and is required to perform all field construction functions as necessary. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties) • Conduct daily equipment inspections, perform preventative maintenance, track and schedule required periodic repairs or service, ensure safe storage, and operate all vehicles and equipment within safe limits as set by manufacturers recommendation or local law. • Actively manage all aspects of the field teams and temporary workers, including performance, mentorship, safe work ethic, scheduling, productivity, logistics, and work schedules. • Train, motivate and manage all team members to ensure morale on site is high and execution of their career responsibilities is being performed properly. Ensure behavior of field representatives are representative of company's core values and are in line with company's culture. • Receive, track and record in writing all expenses associated with each installation phase, and all delivered inventory. • Track and record all labor hours performed on site every day and timely submit to Company management. • Track and record all sub-contractor work hours and performance to ensure they stay on task. Ensure sub-contractor is performing work according to subcontract agreement. • Ensure installation of ground screws, rock drilling, and racking are being performed within the stated tolerances of the site construction plans or subcontractor agreement with client, ensuring that the team quality control checks 100% of all installed screws or driven piles. • Schedule, hold and participate in regular meetings with department, teams, managers, and other functional partners to review performance updates, installation strategy, safety procedures, and any general information related to the project that will aid in successful completion. • Execute, track, and record daily performance strategy as indicated by management team; draft and submit daily electronic field reports that include project status updates, project issues and recommendations, any interaction of consequence, suggestions on hiring and/or firing Terrasmart's employees and contractors. • Implement installation strategy as indicated by management team during construction meetings. • Complete all required or directed training, certification, licensing, and other learning and development as assigned. • Abide by all Federal, State, and local laws; uphold and maintain accountability to all Company policy. • All other duties as assigned. Secondary Responsibilities • Drive up to a one-ton sized truck while towing a trailer loaded with equipment; must maintain a valid driver's license as a requirement of employment. • Operate heavy equipment, to include, but not limited to skid steer, TSM (Drilling Rig), mini excavator, and dump-bed vehicles.
