Assistant Project Manager (Solar) - Full-time

The Assistant Project Manager (Solar) at IEA Management Services is responsible for coordinating renewable energy projects from lead phase to completion. This full-time position involves extensive travel across the US, requiring onsite presence at project locations for 8-12 months. The role includes managing project costs, coordinating with engineers and clients, and handling contract disputes. Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8-12 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. This position is eligible for routine travel home (rotation) from the jobsite. A vehicle allowance will be provided. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate engineering studies • Coordinate change order requests • Coordinate situations with engineers • Coordinate with estimating on projects • Submittals and requests for information • Work with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stages • Work on projects in planning stages • Coordinate with owners or clients on planning projects • Coordinate with regional managers on status of projects • Create subcontracts and PO's • Track job costs and predict monthly revenue streams • Manage QA/QC on projects • Identify, research and resolve all contract disputes with the Owner • Maintain prime contract with the Owner or Client • Establish monthly billing procedure with the Owner or Client • Establish and maintain job cost control, which will be reported monthly • Review general conditions cost on a monthly basis • Review subcontractor's application for payment based on percent complete and approve or adjust • Approve material and subcontract invoices for payment • Issue change orders to subcontractors • Initiate and execute all monthly progress payments to the Owner Qualifications: EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree (B. Solar Installer - Electrical Apprentice - SoPo

DescriptionThis position is part of the installation team responsible for the highest quality installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage systems for our clients. This position includes, but is not limited to, travelling and working with our solar PV installation teams in both residential and commercial settings. Individuals in this position are also required to participate in the ReVision Energy Electrical Apprenticeship Program (REEAP), an education program that qualifies apprentices to earn a highly valuable electrical license.This program is provided to Installer-Electrical Apprentices at no cost and includes paid, on-the-job learning (e.g., loading/unloading equipment, staging and ladder work, using hand tools and carrying equipment on rooftops, installing conduit, and wiring). In order to meet apprenticeship and licensing requirements, REEAP participants are also required to commit to 150 hours of unpaid schooling per year for four years.Roles and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Assist the Lead Installer/Project Manager with quality solar electric installations.Assist with project loading to ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive on the job site.Assist with overall crew and job site safety. Help maintain tools and trucks in excellent condition. Commercial Project Coordinator

ReVision Energy is looking for a Commercial Project Coordinator to help us support this actively growing area of the business. This is a companywide role and occasional travel will be required. The ideal candidate will be located in, be willing to travel to, or be willing to relocate to ReVision Energy territory which is inclusive of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. ABOUT THE POSITION: The Project Coordinator in ReVision’s Commercial Division serves as a central resource of knowledge on various commercial-scale projects by providing organizational and administrative support to the project team. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, a proactive problem solver, and an excellent communicator. The Project Coordinator plays a key role on the project team by supporting others in the use of Procore and Dynamics CRM, execution of various administrative tasks, and ensuring that contract requirements and construction milestones are met. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Serve as a Procore Administrator and expert resource to the project teams and Director of Commercial Construction • Complete data entry for project setup, and support data entry for project tracking and closeout in Procore and other systems • Organize and schedule project team meetings; maintain meeting minutes; follow up on action items as necessary • Reference Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts to research or verify contract requirements, as necessary • Manage requests for information (RFIs) and submittals for clients and subcontractors in collaboration with project engineers and project managers, as appropriate • Review, process and support the execution of contract change orders with project managers • Assist project managers in creating and updating project schedules • Create, review and distribute project closeout documents to relevant stakeholders • Maintain project list for Builders Risk Insurance policy • Maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COI) for subcontractors and provide ReVision COIs to clients as needed. • Support project managers in approving invoices from vendors and maintaining costs in Procore; collaborate with company accounting, as necessary. • Develop project billing packages in Procore with support from project managers. • Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to maintain construction revenue forecast and other reports • Other tasks as may be assigned • Live within commutable distance to either our South Portland ME, Brentwood NH or North Andover, MA Branch. • Experience in the solar, EV, or storage industry and/or commercial construction preferred • Background in project administration required • Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Dynamics, preferred; Experience with Procore required • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented • Self-starter, takes initiative • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Brings a positive outlook to the team
