Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, ductwork, ventilation and sheet metal to company standards, for a wide variety of residential and light commercial systems. Provide customers with a high-quality experience. We would also like someone who can fabricate, assemble sheet metal ducts, and fabricate and install gutters and downspouts. Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly) • 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment) • 401K retirement with up to 6% match from company. • 10 paid holidays. • Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work. Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm Pay Range: $40.00 to $45.00/ hr.- Depending on Experience Required Qualifications: • 3+ years experience as a residential installation technician. • 1+ year as a sheet metal fabricator. • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.(minimum of 3+ years to be insurable) • Experience making repair and replace decisions. • Advanced customer service skills. • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. Qualifications desired: • Universal EPA Certification • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School • Possess tools needed • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
