Role Description We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a full-time, on-site role at our Rocklin, CA facility. The TIG Welder will be responsible for performing precise TIG welding operations on sheet metal components in accordance with engineering drawings and company standards. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up and operating equipment, inspecting welds for quality, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. The role also involves maintaining equipment, adhering to safety standards, and consistently producing high-quality work to meet production requirements. Qualifications • Proven TIG Welding skills with the ability to work with various metals and materials • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions • Experience with precision welding techniques, metal finishing, and mechanical assembly • Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of equipment • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting is strongly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in welding are a plus
