R&D Fabricator

What to Expect The R&D Fabrication is a member of the Test Facilities & Equipment Engineering Team within the Engineering Test Organization. This team member will be fabricating parts in support of the development, implementation, and application of Tesla internal test and validation plans and methods for various automotive systems and components. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in the fabrication of parts and fixtures or other structural members in an engineering/manufacturing environment. Candidate must have a broad technical background with the ability to work with engineering, manufacturing and quality personnel across a wide variety of tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement to establish effective working relationships within Tesla. The successful candidate for this position takes pride in their abilities, organization skills, and attention to detail.
