Many employees have been with the company for decades, showcasing a commitment to career growth and stability.ResponsibilitiesWork in the Sheet Metal Fabrication department, split between outdoor and indoor areas.Move heavy pieces of sheet metal, regularly lifting 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.Separate laser cut parts from sheet metal panels using tools like hammers and pry bars.Stack parts, perform mechanical drilling operations, and cut parts with band saws.Deburr metal parts using files, sanders, bead blast cabinets, and grinders.Engage in repetitive and physical tasks, ensuring safety with company-provided gear.Essential SkillsAbility to perform physical, dirty, and repetitive tasks with endurance.Capability to bend, squat, and lift 50 lbs regularly, with assistance available for heavier lifting.Comfort working in a partly outdoor environment, adapting to seasonal temperature changes.Proficient communication in English.Reliable attendance and transportation.Team-player mentality.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift certification is a plus.No drug or check required.Steel toe boots recommended but not mandatory.Why Work Here?Experience the supportive environment of a tight-knit team with an average tenure of over 15 years, where employees typically leave only for retirement.
