The ideal candidate will have a background in fabricating and assembling HVAC duct systems, with a strong understanding of sheet metal work, tools, and techniques. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality ductwork for commercial projects while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems, ensuring precision and quality. • Use hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery (such as shears, brakes, and rolls) to cut, bend, and shape metal sheets. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of ducts. • Measure, cut, and fit metal sheets to the required dimensions. • Ensure all ducts meet industry standards, building codes, and project specifications. • Perform regular maintenance and inspection of fabrication equipment to ensure proper functionality. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
