See More Details >>Architectural Sheet Metal Project Manager Position Overview The Architectural Sheet Metal Project Manager will oversee and manage sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural sheet metal work, including metal roofing, siding, column covers, and architectural flashings, combined with effective project management skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage all phases of architectural sheet metal projects, from planning and design to execution and delivery. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the architectural sheet metal industry. • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques, including metal roofing and siding. • Familiarity with architectural flashings, louvers, and column covers. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
