The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal parts for HVAC systems • Operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery safely and effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. • Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. • Assist team members with installations and troubleshooting as needed. • Assist with the install of ductwork and related components according to specifications as needed. Qualifications: • MUST have a minimum 6 months of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience • MUST have 5+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. • Familiarity with HVAC systems and ductwork installation. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in varying conditions. • Reliable transportation to job sites in and around San Jose. Preferred Skills (not required): • EPA certification or HVAC training. • Welding experience. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
