Job Overview: The Packer/Assembly position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications and preparing them for shipment. This includes packaging finished goods, labeling, inspecting for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Packing parts - either on skids or in boxes Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly Keep all materials and products neat and organized Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required Problem solve discrepancies Set up and use weight scale Read and follow work order directions Perform other tasks as assigned and required. Qualifications: Problem-solve issues as required; ask for assistance when needed. Follow all prescribed safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment. Ability to perform physical labor including lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
