Job Overview: The Packer/Assembly position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications and preparing them for shipment. This includes packaging finished goods, labeling, inspecting for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Packing parts - either on skids or in boxes Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly Keep all materials and products neat and organized Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required Problem solve discrepancies Set up and use weight scale Read and follow work order directions Perform other tasks as assigned and required.​ Qualifications: Problem-solve issues as required; ask for assistance when needed. Follow all prescribed safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment. Ability to perform physical labor including lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Job Overview: A laser operator is responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines. This role involves interpreting design specifications, setting up the laser equipment, and programming it to cut materials such as metal. Laser operators need to monitor the machine's performance, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make adjustments to ensure precision and quality in the finished products. Attention to detail, knowledge of laser technology, and the ability to work with computer-aided design (CAD) software are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate and troubleshoot a laser Read blueprints, work orders or production schedules Use tools to ensure efficiency and correct operation of the machine Use laser cutting and punching machines that make metal shapes and holes to fit other parts Ensure production of all parts meet quality standards by utilizing internal quality processes and SOP. Assist with material breakout and movement of parts to next production area when assigned Perform other tasks as assigned and required. Qualifications: Accurately work with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors and other measuring tools Have good math ability and problem-solving skills Read and interpret blueprints efficiently Stand continuously and lift objects up to 50 pounds Demonstrate safety in the laser operation process.
