See More Details >>Fabworks is a highly automated sheet metal manufacturer located in Ventura, CA. We are looking for a welder to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing process. Benefits Package: • 401(k) with company matching • Dental partial coverage • Medical partial insurance • Vision partial coverage • Paid time off benefits • Employee referral program Shift: • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: • TIG Weld thin sheet metal, aluminum, steel, and stainless, 1/16 “- 1/4” thickness, occasional MIG • Help with different parts of manufacturing, like preparing materials, preparing part,s and grinding • Check work quality at each step to make sure everything meets company standards Qualifications: • Dedication to keeping the workplace clean and safe • Ability to weld for the majority of an 8-hour shift • Willingness to learn other parts of the manufacturing process • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment • Can repeatedly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs About Company Fabworks is on a mission to make ordering custom-fabricated parts fast and affordable for companies all over the United States.
