Piping, Plumbing, & Sheet Metal Detailer

Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced and professional Piping, Plumbing, & Sheet Metal Detailers who can immediately join our headquarters in Anaheim, California. Work full-time in our professional office environment. The candidate must be proficient in preparing and coordinating, for construction purposes, detailed, accurate 3D Revit models for use in HVAC piping construction shop drawings, and pre-fabrication spool sheets. Duties and responsibilities: • Creating high quality 3D Revit models of HVAC piping for installation and pre-fabrication, shop drawings for issue to manufacturing and installation. • Coordination of 3D HVAC piping models with other trades using Navisworks. • Review project drawings, specifications and apply/incorporate prior to issue of shop drawings for manufacturing and installation. • Work closely with construction management team to ensure drawings convey correct information. • Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, conformance with standards. • Work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and Construction team members. • Identify potential problems with design intent quickly and present cost-effective solutions. • Field surveys as required for renovation work. • Work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter, motivated and detail oriented. • Report to supervisor on status of work, work load, problems, and progress as related to work assignments. Qualifications: • Experience in HVAC piping installation with experience at field supervision/Foreman. • 10 years of HVAC pipe detailing/ modeling experience. • Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred. • A familiar knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems is desired. • Knowledge of structural steel and construction as applies to drawing and modelling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination. • Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules. • Able to contribute in design review process and offer value engineering solutions. • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks. • Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading. • Excellent knowledge of drafting standards. CNC Machinist/Programmer Operator

About us Upton Sheet Metal, Inc is looking for a Machining Programmer/Operator to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for programming and set-up. Help meet manufacturing/production schedules. Enhance machine work optimization. Produce a quality product per print specifications.
