Salary: $20 - $25 per hour METAL FABRICATOR ADVANCED METAL WORKS, INC. Advanced Metal Works, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Metal Fabricator to join our fast-paced and growing shop. Key Responsibilities Using company systems and work methods, you will: • Fabricate sheet metal and other materials to exact specifications on provided work orders. • Complete assigned jobs on schedule and within budgeted hours. • Interpret and work from plans, drawings, and specifications. • Perform layout, cutting, forming, welding, grinding, and operation of fabrication machinery. • Maintain familiarity and proficiency with all shop machines and tools. • Communicate promptly with the supervisor regarding job issues, delays, or needed clarifications. • Assist in training others when appropriate. • Keep machines, tools, and the work area clean, organized, and safe. • Follow all company procedures and safety rules at all times. • Submit accurate, readable paperwork in a timely manner. • Support a positive, respectful work environment and represent the company professionally. • Work overtime when requested to help meet production deadlines. • Assist with other shop tasks as directed by the Shop Supervisor/Manager.
