Job Description The Shop Fabricator is a key role accountable for setting up and operating welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal structures and produce metal products according to client and engineering specifications. This position requires the ability to work safely, securely, and healthy by adhering to safety standards and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities • Maintains a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and legal regulations. • Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to our organization's Core Values. • Operates or tends welding machines to join or bond components and fabricate metal products and assemblies. • Reads, interprets, and understands production schedules and specifications to plan tasks related to work orders and determine the appropriate welding equipment or method. • Establishes components for welding according to specifications. • Performs testing and inspection of welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws. • Maintains welding equipment to meet safety standards. • Completes documentation of welding activities. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Associate's Degree, training in Vocational school, or relevant industry experience required. • One (1) year of experience in machine welding and knowledge of orbital and automated welding required. • Ability to pass a standard Code Welder exam required. • Ability to operate GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW welding equipment required. • Ability to read engineering specifications preferred. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Possession of current TWIC card or ability to obtain a TWIC card required.

EHS SPECIALIST (Multi-Site)

Job Title: EHS Specialist (Multi-Site) Department: Production & Quality Departments Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Job Summary This position is classified as Regular, Full-time, Exempt. Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work. The EHS Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving environmental, health, and safety programs across two designated businesses in Irwindale and Santa Fe Springs. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices to promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. The EHS Specialist will spend approximately 60% of their time in Irwindale and 40% in Santa Fe Springs, based on operational needs. Principal Responsibilities (Accountabilities) • Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. • Conduct regular inspections and audits at both locations to identify and mitigate safety hazards and environmental risks. • Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. • Provide EHS training and education to employees to enhance safety awareness and compliance. • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and drive a proactive safety culture. • Maintain required EHS documentation, records, and reports in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements. • Oversee hazardous waste management, spill response, and environmental sustainability initiatives. • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and emergency response teams as needed. • Assist in the development and execution of emergency preparedness and response plans. • Develop and update new Injury & Illness Prevention Plan. • Evaluate and prioritize equipment and machinery for development of machine-specific LOTO procedures. • Conduct Cal OSHA 101 Training. • Organize and lead Monthly Executive Safety Committee Meetings. • Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Supervisor and Lead Training. • Provide Monthly Training on Rotating Topics. • Perform Site Safety Compliance Inspections (Monthly). • Offer CalOSHA Defense Services. • Conduct Certified Forklift Operator Training. Specific Duties And Essential Functions • Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs) and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies. • Monitor workplace conditions and coordinate necessary improvements to reduce injuries and environmental impact. • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety measures. • Develop and present safety training programs, including new hire orientations, toolbox talks, and refresher courses. • Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, providing reports and recommendations for prevention. • Support ergonomic assessments and workplace wellness initiatives. • Work closely with site supervisors and employees to ensure adherence to safety protocols. • Coordinate EHS committee meetings and drive engagement in safety initiatives. Supervision Received • Director of Manufacturing and Quality/Engineering Manager Supervision Exercised • None Qualifications Required Education, Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 3-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment. • Bilingual (Spanish speaking required) • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local environmental and safety regulations. • Certification such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, or CIH is preferred but not required. • Experience conducting safety training and incident investigations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software. Physical Abilities • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods. • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor and industrial settings. • Ability to wear appropriate PPE, including mask, ear plugs, hard hat, and safety glasses. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (2nd Shift)

Description Position Overview: This position is classified as full-time, Non-Exempt Typical days and hours of work are 2nd shift / Monday to Friday, (1:00 pm to 11:30pm). This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work. As the Maintenance Technician, you will assist the Maintenance Mechanic in the repair of production equipment, facilities, and environmental-related issues. You will work to minimize unplanned downtime, improve production quality, increase equipment efficiency, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Principal Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions) • Implement & maintain the facility's preventative maintenance program • Conduct scheduled inspections of production equipment (forge, grind, saws), forklifts, fluid levels, water flows, air flows, filters, environmental compliance, and similar items; notify supervisor of issues as needed • Assist in equipment performance testing per manufacturer’s guidelines • Perform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions as directed by the supervisor • Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain forging equipment & facilities • Accurately record and document all completed maintenance, modifications, disposals, and repairs • Maintain shop copies of manuals and blueprints in a neat and organized manner; provide others with updated information as required • Make suggestions for changes that will help the plant achieve improved efficiency, quality, and safety • Assist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts Supervision Received Maintenance Manager Maintenance Mechanic The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for his/her own regular duties and assist in training shop staff assigned to assist with overhaul projects and/or weekend maintenance-related work. Qualifications Required Education, Qualifications & Skills: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum one to two years of work experience in Shop Maintenance • Must be proficient in reading and understanding instructions in English • Must be able to closely follow instructions and read documents. • Must be able to communicate, verbally and written, with managers and coworkers. • Must maintain quality practices and safety standards. • Must be able and willing to be forklift operations and safety certified. • Must be able to work overtime as required. Physical Requirements • Must be able to work in tight spaces, elevated positions, and in extreme temperatures; turning, bending, and holding arms at/above the head; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
