Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year previous plumbing experience. • New York City apartment buildings experience. • Preferred experience jobbing and alteration mechanic work. • Valid and clean NYS Divers License. • Some mechanic knowledge and being motivated to learn. • Preferred experience with both Commercial/Residential work. Additional Requirements: • At least two past work references that can be verified. • Able to pass drug screen • Speak, read and write English. Pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
