Full job description $2000 bonus Plumbing and Electric company is seeking team members that are passionate about providing the highest level of quality. We service Columbia, Dutchess, and Greene Counties. The ideal candidates will meet the following criteria: • NY Journeyman plumbing license preferred but not required • Experience dealing with new construction and renovation residential and commercial projects. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layout and specifications • Utilize hand and power tools for pipe threading, and other plumbing tasks • Driver’s license and clean driving record. • Able to efficiently work alone, as well as collaborate with coworkers and other trades. • Only perform the highest quality of work. • Have a positive attitude. • Must have your hand own tools • Must have reliable transportation • Be professional in appearance. Plumbing Estimator Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the entire estimating process from start to finish. This includes responding quickly to requests for quotes and potential sales leads, conducting on-site client visits to assess project scope and requirements, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates that factor in labor, materials, equipment, and overhead. You will collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing, maintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and project documentation, and partner with procurement to assist with material ordering for awarded projects. In addition, you will follow up on sales leads and perform post-sale check-ins to ensure quality assurance, address client questions, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, and utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools to create, track, and manage project estimates.
