Benefits, upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility requirements, include but are not limited to : • 401K with company match • Company Pension Plan • Health Insurance • Paid time-off • Mileage reimbursement • Continuing education Position Duties & Responsibilities: • Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project. • Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. • Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. • Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman. • Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. • Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. • Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e. OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. • Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. • Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. • Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. • Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. • Maintains ethical business conduct. Laborer

Overview: The Laborer performs basic housekeeping on construction site. Responsibilities: Laborer typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris • Navigate construction job site terrain • Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers • Assist with basic deliveries & material storage • Housekeeping interior and exterior project site • Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson • Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader • Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION • High school diploma or GED • Construction experience preferred • Or equivalent combination of education and experience • OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary) • Hoist Operation experience a plus • Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures • Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations • Ability to work in a team environment Next 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.
