Set, lay, polish, and repair tile and terrazzo. • Cuts openings in walls and finishes exposed surfaces. • Clean masonry surfaces using chemicals or high-pressure power washers. • Install waterproof membranes in fountains, pools, and showers. Install ceramic tiles. Pour and finish concrete pads and decks. • Inspect work in progress to ensure work is accomplished according to specifications and plans. • Oversee the cutting, polishing, cleaning, and matching of a wide variety of stone used. • Sort stone by size and shape and cuts, shapes, finishes, and lay it to ensure long term endurance and appearance. Perform other related duties as assigned.
